Repair and Maintenance Issues

  3. How it happen?
    • When was it discovered
    • Include any pictures
  4. Landlord will appoint its approved contractors
    1. MUST provide a repair report
    2. Get multiple quotes if necessary


Key Things To Note

  1. All repair issues must be submitted in email and with pictures.

  2. Please refer to Point 4 of the lease agreement regarding all costs by the lesser and responsibilities of the lessor. The lease is a commercial 'as is' lease.
    Only general areas of repair are covered by the Landlord.

  3. Within your leased area, the landlord may proceed with its contractors and bill the amount back to the tenant as it may have better pricing and better contractor relationships.

  4. If the issue is an emergency or you proceed to use your own contractor, the landlord may not reimburse the amount of the repair bill.
